Stansfields has been serving sandwiches, cooked meats, pies and quality food in the centre of Clitheroe for over 25 years from the shop that used to be "Dewhursts" the butchers (you can still see the meat hanging rail in the front window). Sitting right at the centre of Castle Street.

 

Anyas story: Anya has worked at Stansfields since she was 16. It was a shock to the system, the pace was manic and she very nearly left after the first week. Anya stuck it out and quickly fell in love with the energy, customers and atmosphere of a busy well run business. Determined to own her own sandwich shop someday, Anya studied hard to secure a business degree and in September 2016 became the new owner of Stansfields (with a little help from her family). Determined to maintain the high quality and consistency of Stansfields food, little was changed in the first year. An improved local delivery service and outside catering options are contributing to the businesses ongoing success.
